Organize a group of thugs, mexicans and blacks, young and menacing looking. Gather about 10-15. Have them follow you to a gallery opening. Take photos of the thugs hanging out the gallery doing whatever they are doing.

Construct a 3 man treadmill. Exactly as it sounds. Long enough for 3 people to comfortable run and make them all run at the same time. Both Sculpture and Performance or mix it up how u like it. Call it an installation, what u want. Min budget, probably around 7k.
